The lantern festival takes place 2 weeks after chinese new year. Enjoy the beautiful pictures taken by this professional photographer in Pingsi, north east of Taiwan...On the pictures, you can see  the president Ma, president of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Avec cette nouvelle application que je viens de découvrir, je peux afficher toutes mes vidéos créées cet été dernier pour le concours Taiwanbesttrip. With this application i just discovered, i can add all the videos we made for the Taiwanbesttrip contest last summer.

Ce petit bonhomme s'appelle Damper Baby, en référence au contre poids de 660 tonnes installé au 87 ième étage de la tour Taipei 101 pour limiter les oscillations de la tour en cas de fort tremblement de terre. Vous aurez reconnu que les yeux sont faits de 1 et la bouche du 0 pour former 101 !!

This little man gets his name from the damper installed on the 87th floor of Taipei 101 to limit the oscillation in case of strong earthquake. You will have recognized that the eyes are made with 1 and the mouth with 0 to form 101 !!
